Following planned retirements in May 2024, the VSE Board will comprise of eight directors. Five of these directors will have been appointed in the past four years, and four will represent diverse communities as defined by NASDAQ.

The purpose of VSE’s Code of Business Conduct and Ethics is to educate, enforce and support compliance and ethical behavior. The Code underscores our expectation that our employees and suppliers will conduct business ethically and in compliance with all applicable rules and regulations.
In recent years, we have intensified our efforts to enhance the efficiency of our energy and water usage, as well as address other climate-related factors in our operations. Acquired first Electrical Vehicle for development and inter-campus travel that replaced a gas-powered vehicle and will lead to an estimated reduction of CO2 emissions (2075.7 down to 377.59 lbs-CO2 equivalent)
Continued program to switch propane fork-lifts to electric and use battery-powered tools supported by a continuous recycling program
Recycled over 47,000 lbs. of cardboard, paper, and plastic materials
