VSE Corporation’s Board of Directors

The Board of Directors at VSE plays a pivotal role in guiding the organization’s strategic direction, safety initiatives, corporate sustainability efforts, and management of key strategic, operational, and compliance risks.

Following planned retirements in May 2024, the VSE Board will comprise of eight directors. Five of these directors will have been appointed in the past four years, and four will represent diverse communities as defined by NASDAQ.
